Sensex extends losses to sixth session, sheds 135 pts; Nifty slips beneath 15,300

Benchmark indices extended their losing accelerate to the sixth straight session on Friday, with the Sensex declining 135 parts in uneven alternate amid combined global markets, unabated foreign fund outflows, and rising coarse oil costs. The BSE benchmark declined 135.37 parts or 0.26 per cent to resolve at 51,360.42. One day of the day, the benchmark confronted volatility and tanked 574.57 parts or 1.11 per cent to its one-one year low of 50,921.22. The NSE Nifty went lower by 67.10 parts or 0.44 per cent to pause at 15,293.50.
