Prince Andrew and his accuser Virginia Giuffre get settled a sexual assault lawsuit for an unspecified sum, in accordance with a court filing Tuesday.
In a letter despatched to a Original York command on behalf of both events, Giuffre’s lawyer David Boies wrote that they “get reached an out-of-court settlement,” with out disclosing the financial phrases.

“The events will file a stipulated dismissal upon Ms. Giuffre’s receipt of the settlement (the sum of which will not be being disclosed),” acknowledged the court filing.
“Prince Andrew has by no procedure intended to malign Ms. Giuffre’s persona, and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established sufferer of abuse and in consequence of unfair public assaults,” the letter acknowledged.
“He pledges to level to his remorse for his affiliation with Epstein by supporting the fight against the evils of sex trafficking, and by supporting its victims,” it added.
Closing month Andrew became stripped of his honorary defense force titles and charitable roles after Original York Specialise in Lewis Kaplan denied his plea to brush aside Giuffre’s case.

Giuffre, who is now 38, alleges that Andrew sexually assaulted her on the London residence of socialite and Epstein buddy Ghislaine Maxwell after a evening out dancing in March 2001.
