Russia already has a weakened militia and is a weakened roar after its battle on neighboring Ukraine, Pentagon press secretary John Kirby said on Tuesday sooner than a assembly of NATO allies and companions.

“They are a weaker militia. They are a weaker roar correct now they are and again further isolating themselves,” Kirby said in an interview with CNN. “We would like Russia no longer to be in a enviornment to threaten their neighbors again one day.”
