A 73-twelve months-aged man wished in a case of theft registered in suburban Borivali 32 years ago became once arrested on Saturday, city police said.
The accused became once arrested from neighbouring Bhayander where he became once residing, said an official of Borivali police procedure.
He had been declared as an absconding accused by the Dindoshi court docket in town and police had been requested to set him earlier than the court docket.
The alleged theft had taken situation in 1990. He has been now arrested below Indian Penal Code sections including 392 (theft), 397 (dacoity), 120-B (conspiracy).
