Karnataka govt factors round exempting exhaust of agricultural land for poultry farming

Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], November 8 (ANI): The Karnataka government issued a round on Monday which exempted the exhaust of agricultural land for poultry farming from land conversion.

The resolution has reach forward as poultry farming is outlined as ‘agriculture’ in Share 2-(a)(1)(d) of the Land Reforms Act, 1961.

Share 95(2) of the Land Income Act, 1964 pertaining to to the exhaust of agricultural land for other capabilities has allowed the farmer to educate to the District Collector for permission to severely change the agricultural land or a fraction of it for every other motive.
