IPL 2022 auction: Shikhar Dhawan goes to Punjab Kings for Rs 8.25 cr

India opener Shikhar Dhawan on Saturday used to be picked by Punjab Kings in the continuing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 mega-auction.

It all started with Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals who had been inquisitive about a bidding battle for Dhawan, but in the tip, the left-handed batter used to be got by Punjab Kings for Rs 8.25 cr.

The IPL 2022 mega auction is being held in Bengaluru and it is a long way a two-day event that will earn over on Sunday.

A total of 600 cricketers will trot below the hammer in the auction that might be held on Saturday and Sunday.

INR 2 crore is the supreme reserve build and as many as 48 gamers chose to determine themselves on this bracket.

There are 20 gamers on the auction listing with a reserve build of INR 1.5 crore whereas 34 gamers are on the listing of cricketers with a reserve build of INR 1 crore.

A total of 377 Indian gamers and 223 international gamers are up for grabs in what promises to be an action-packed IPL 2022 Player Auction in Bengaluru.
