Greater Noida: Class 12 pupil gang raped for five months, filmed and blackmailed

A Class 12 pupil in Greater Noida became as soon as allegedly raped by three of us that also filmed her objectionable movies and blackmailed her over a period of 5 months after she became as soon as lured into a relationship by one among the accused, police officers acknowledged Thursday.
An FIR has been lodged on this connection at the Beta 2 police net online page however no arrests were made but, Extra Deputy Commissioner of Police (Greater Noida) Dinesh Kumar Singh acknowledged. The FIR became as soon as lodged after the mother of the girl approached the police, he acknowledged.
“The girl alleged that her daughter became as soon as lured into a bodily relationship by an accused on the pretext of being in love alongside with her. The accused made bodily kin alongside with her for five months and video recorded her in objectionable poses,” Singh acknowledged.
“These movies were then outdated to blackmail the girl into continuing the relationship and he or she became as soon as also threatened that she could be killed if she resisted their demands,” the additional DCP acknowledged, citing the complaint.
The police officer acknowledged accordingly an FIR has been lodged below Indian Penal Code sections 376D (gangrape), 354C (voyeurism) and 506 (prison intimidation), and extra simply lawsuits are underway.
