Assam CM launches ‘Vidya Rath

In a fresh pattern in Assam, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday launched a mission ‘Vidya Rath- College on Wheels’, geared in direction of imparting elementary education to economically challenged youngsters of the society.
